Offline snapshot of the public CheckPoint pump calculator catalog, 11 September 2026: 78 models and 176 curves. Capacity is linearly interpolated within each published curve; it is never extrapolated.
Results are candidates, conditional on the listed supply or speed/reducer configuration and head-material rating. Minimum flow uses the catalog floor. No allowance is made for viscosity, gas, chemical compatibility, relief settings, suction conditions, or application margin.

Method, assumptions & sources
Rod load = πD²/4 × pressure. Simultaneous-load multiplier: 1 for one head; 2 for two to four; 3 for five or six. Heads assumed timed 120° apart, with equal loads and 0.5 in cam offset.
Application torque = rod load × multiplier × 0.5/12. Motor torque = application torque ÷ ratio ÷ gear efficiency. HP = motor torque × RPM ÷ 5252. kW = HP × 0.7457.
Gear efficiency: 75% at 15:1, 85% at 9:1 and 7:1. Rod limits: 3,000 / 2,000 / 1,500 lbf. Gearbox motor recommendations: 2.5 / 7.9 / 9 HP. References: B6–B22, F3:G5 and J24:K26. Additional margin and rounding to the listed motor sizes are app additions.
